Dianthus formula was traditionally used for urinary tract infection and detoxifying the kidneys and bladder. In Chinese medicine, a UTI is caused by excessive damp heat accumulating in the body which makes the dog urinate frequently, along with fever and pain. This formula that we use has shown great effectiveness in controlling the infection and restoring normal urination.
